Tony Ross-Hellauer is Scientific Manager for the OpenAIRE2020 project at Georg-August-University Göttingen. He has a PhD in Information Studies (University of Glasgow, 2012), in addition to MA (Philosophy) and MSc (Information and Library Studies) degrees. He is an enthusiastic advocate of Open Access and Open Science whose research interests include repositories, open peer review, metadata, and the philosophy/history of technology.
