Marina Cvitanušić Brečić

Marina Cvitanušić Brečić works at the Analytics and Statistics Department of the Croatian Agency for Science and Higher Education (ASHE). She has more than a decade long experience in higher education sector, dealing with recognition of foreign higher education qualifications, coordination of external evaluation procedures conducted by ASHE and collection and analysis of data on Croatian higher education and science sector. Her main area of work and interest are information systems in the higher education sector and their optimization. She participated in the development of several information systems and tools used in the higher education and its quality assurance. Her wish is to explore further possibilities of optimization of data on higher education and convey the knowledge gained through her work into doctoral thesis within the PhD study that she enrolled at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, University of Zagreb.
