Lucija Vejmelka

Lucija Vejmelka is an assistant professor at the University of Zagreb, Faculty of Law, Department of Social Works, where she leads the course Social work in virtual environment. She is a managing editor of the journal Ljetopis socijalnog rad (Annual of Social Work), indexed in WOS and Scopus. Her primary scientific interests are within the field of use of modern technologies, professional communication in social work, child wellbeing, qualitative research methods, and scientific publication in social work. She has published several scientific and professional papers and participated actively in a number of national and international scientific conferences, as well as teaching activities at international universities. She currently participates in two COST actions, granted by the European commission. She leads the research project on problematic Internet use and modern technologies education for social workers in Croatia.
