Iva Melinščak Zlodi

Iva Melinščak Zlodi works as an e-resources librarian at the Library of the University of Zagreb Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences where she is responsible for providing electronic resources, user education, and bibliometric services. Topics of open access to scientific literature as well as preservation and provision of Faculty’s digital collections are in the core of her interests. In this area, she often encounters copyright and licensing issues, so she strives to keep track of the issue and to find solutions that will lead to more open digital content.

She is engaged in two projects that are important components of Croatian national e-infrastructure: Hrčak – Portal of Scientific Journals of Croatia, and Dabar – Digital Academic Archives and Repositories.
