Zadar is a city monument, surrounded by historical ramparts, a treasury of ancient and medieval times, Renaissance and many contemporary architectural achievements such as the first sea organs in the world. While visiting the city of Zadar, the ancient Forum, symbol of the city-church of St. Donat, St. Anastasia, monuments and palaces, you can learn all about the rich history of this beautiful old town. On the tour you will visit the Land Gate and city walls, Square of Five Wells, People’s Square.

You will also see the Sea Organ, a modern icon of the city, an architectural wonder built in the underwater part of the city’s waterfront. At the very end of the Zadar
peninsula shines the Greeting to the Sun – another famous attraction. It is from this part of the waterfront that, in the words of the famous Alfred Hitchcock, you can see the most beautiful sunset in the world. We recommend a visit to the bell tower of the Cathedral of St. Stošija that offers a spectacular view of the city and the surrounding islands.
