Flaminio Squazzoni is associate professor of economic sociology at the University of Brescia, where he leads the GECS – Research Group on Experimental and Computational Sociology (www.gecs.unibs.it). He is chair of the TD1306 COST Action “New Frontiers of Peer Review” (PEERE: www.peere.org) and member of the editorial board of Research Integrity and Peer Review. He is editor of JASSS – Journal of Artificial Societies and Social Simulation and has been President of the European Social Simulation Association (2012-2016). He is interested in improving evidence-based approaches to peer review and testing peer review models by using experimental and computational research.
