FEES

The registration fee includes access to the conference sessions, printed version of the program, conference materials, coffee/tea breaks and conference dinner.
The conference registration includes attendance to the conference Workshops. To attend Workshops please send an email to dgavrano@unizd.hr with your name, surname and indication which Workshop would you like to attend.

VAT (PDV) is included. As stated in the article 53 of Directive 2006/112/EC, registration fee is subject to VAT applicable in the country where the event is taking place. The VAT charge is therefore applicable to all participants and will be added during registration process. According to Croatia’s tax regulation a 25% VAT charge has been applied to the registration fees.

 

HOW TO REGISTER?

To register online for the conference, you need to fill in the registration form hosted on the Webshop of the University of Zadar. After submitting the registration form you will be offered a secure payment site which allows you to to pay via credit-card or to make a bank/wire transfer (you will get all payment details).

University of Zadar Webshop accepts following credit/debit cards: MasterCard, Maestro, Visa.

All conference participants can pay the conference fee using the information they have received on their e-invoice. If e-invoice is not sufficient for your payment, an official pro-forma invoice can be issued by our accounting office (please contact mblazevic@unizd.hr and hfatovic@unizd.hr). The accounting office is also responsible for issuing invoices if an e-invoice is not sufficient.

 

Credit Card Payments

Payment must be made in Croatian Kuna, as per Croatian Law. Your credit card company will convert the paid amount into Croatian Kuna at the time of payment, per the daily exchange rate, and process payment. The transaction on your credit card statement will be shown in detail, in your local currency.
University of Zadar Webshop uses T-Com PayWay system to authorize and conduct payment. Safety of your personal data during communication between your computer and T-Com PayWay system is fully secured using encryption and safety protocols.

 

For Bank/Wire Payments

  • Pay registration fees by bank/wire transfer using Croatian Kuna or Euro.
  • Please indicate your transaction reference number shown on the offer, sent to your registered e-mail address, while making your payment.
  • The bank transfer receipt including the name of the participant(s) should be e-mailed to mmayer@irb.hr

ON-SITE REGISTRATION

There will be a Conference Registration Desk within the Venue – University of Zadar Old Campus, 1st floor. In order to ease the registration process, we will be operating as follows:

REGISTRATION HOURS:

  • Wednesday, 23rd September: 18:00 – 20:00
  • Thursday, 24th September: 09:00 – 10:00

 

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

To cancel your registration, send an email stating your intent to cancel to mmayer@irb.hr. Cancellations received in writing prior to 5 September 2015 will receive a refund of 50 % of the registration fee. No refund will be given after this date, however an alternative participant’s name may be submitted.
